Omega-3 capsules contain 1000 mg of purified fish oil with at least 35 % omega 3 fatty acids. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the normal function of the heart. Beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Omega 3 capsules also contain vitamin E which contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress. Omega-3 capsules are taken in the dose of 1 to 2 capsules a day for a longer period.

How to use

INGREDIENTS Fish oil; gelatine; humectant: glycerol; water; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate. NOTES Keep out of reach of young children. Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
