Plantain contains dry extract narrowleaf plantain leaf (Plantago lanceolata). Narrowleaf plantain is a plant which is traditionally used to ease dry cough. It contains mucus which coat the mucosa of upper respiratory tract and prevents irritations which cause caugh. Plantain liquid food supplement is taken three times a day, depending on the age, in the amount of 5 to 10 ml. It can be taken by children above 3 years of age.

How to use


Sucrose; purified water; dry leaf extract of narrowleaf plantain (Plantago lanceolata); preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity regulator: citric acid.



It is not recommended for children under 3 years of age.



Keep out of reach of young children. Recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Food supplement is not a substitute or replacement for a balanced diet. Balanced and varied diet and a healthy way of life are important for health.



Keep below 25˚C, protected from light, in a well-sealed vial.
